Just let 100 to 200 people you know that you are in business by sending everyone in your address book an email, sms, letter, phone call, fax etc! Some examples in this document to illustrate methods. Small, cheap & LOTS of adverts is the rule of thumb!

3 TYPES OF PEOPLE WHO JOIN OUR BUSINESS
CONSUMERS	VOLUME PRODUCERS	BUSINESS BUILDERS
These are just basically people who sign up & get a 25% discount on the products. They never get any stock on hand. They may just supply a few products occasionally to family & friends. Not really in "business"… just essentially a "consumer" of the products.	These are generally people who want to focus on RETAIL (extra income & cash flow). They get a little product on hand so they can supply to customers (normally a 1,000 point order at 42%). Focussed on sales – not building a team for residual income.	These are people interested in the R30,000 a month + incomes, and understand the need to build a team. They get stock on hand WITH Business Packs on hand (Generally become Supervisor in 15 to 60 days). They are focussed on building an organization.

A NEW DISTRIBUTOR'S GREATEST "GETTING STARTED" ASSET - CONTACT LIST

Start writing down the names of everyone you know. Don't try to prejudge: "Well, he makes a lot of money; he won't be interested," "She's not a sales type; she wouldn't look at this," etc. A mistake like that can cost you tens of thousands of dollars down the road. So do not prejudge, just get down the names. On your list of 100 there will be 1 or 2 top executives, 3 or 4 midrange executives and 30 to 40 people who will want to use the products as a consumer — and we don't know who's who -and it's never who you think it is.

Don't make the classic mistake of thinking of 5 or 6 people who you think will be interested and stopping there. You will certainly be disappointed. Make sure you get down at least 100 names so we can let people sort themselves into the right categories. Here's how it works: Look at your names list and pick out the most ambitious, busy, successful people on it. These are the people you'll want to approach first. The first step is a qualifying question to see if they are "looking." Some examples are:

• "Have you ever thought about opening your own business?"

• "Do you like your job? Do you get paid what you're really worth?"

• "Have you ever thought about developing a second income?"

People who seem satisfied with their present job and earnings are probably not candidates for becoming business-builders at this time. Remember, we're looking for people who are looking. If they're not looking — skip the Business approach and presentation steps and see if they would be interested in becoming a product customer.

3 – THE COMPENSATION PLAN
DAILY CASH FLOW - The first system you are going to learn is how to develop daily cash flow through RETAIL PROFITS, and the ability to get customers who use our products from day one of you getting started. You will be able to earn a profit (From 25% discount on the products when you get started – to 50% discount once you are up & running as a "Supervisor" in our business.) This means for every R400 of product sales – you can earn R100 to R200 of that R400 INSTANTLY IN CASH. We are similar to other business, we have customers. And we'll teach you how to develop your own customer base and from them you'll be able to earn part-time, anywhere from an additional R3,000 to R10,000 a month, which is dependant on your level of desire, the hours you can devote and your efforts... Basically it boils down to how much you want to make as we earn on average about R200 PROFIT from each customer who gets onto our products. 5 - GETTING STARTED
DETAILS FOR NEXT STEP
To get started – you need to purchase an International Business Pack, which puts you in business so you can start making money, the price in South Africa is R640. What you get in your package is:
* Your registration with Herbalife International. That puts you in the computers in all 60 countries so you can get paid. You immediately have between a 25% to a 50% profit on all your customers, which, I remind you, provide your DAILY cash flow. Right now, the average customer spends between R400 and R600 a month for his/her wellness program, so you don't have to wait to start making money.
* By signing this Distributor Application, you are issued a unique ID number which is what immediately enables you to operate in all 60 countries.
* You also receive about R670 worth of products (Our ShapeWorks QuickStart program) for your own personal use. Once you start using the products, you'll notice a difference and at that point it makes the business very easy to do. Because as I said earlier, you can then speak louder by how you FEEL!

SOME COMMON OBJECTIONS YOU MAY HEAR:
"Need to talk to spouse." That's great. Has he/she reviewed all the materials with you? Is he/she going to be working with you? Is he/she there right now? O.K for sure we want him/her to have all the information so could you hand the phone to him/her and I'll share all the facts with him/her. "No, he/she's not home right now." When does he/she get home? Great. (Set an appointment 10 minutes after that time when YOU WILL CALL THEM.)

"Yes, I'm ready but I don't have the money." Hey, I understand, we've all been there. We all got started because we needed more money – not because we wanted to spend R640 to join a business. We are not looking for investors, we need workers. Let me ask you this... Is it just the money holding you back or are you really not all that interested?
No, I m really interested, I just don't have the money." Okay, great. When you have everything worked out and are ready to get started, you have my number. Give me a call and I'll help you get started.

How do I get customers?" What's great about this process is that everything is step by step and there is always a next step. Our job is to grab you by the hand and walk you through the steps. You are not going to be going door- to-door or making cold calls out of your phone book. Everything is designed so that interested people will be calling you for the products or people will be coming to ask YOU bout the products due to the awareness campaigns we will put together. We are going to start developing your business plan on the second day you have your International Business Pack. Our goal is to get your phone ringing with people who want the opportunity and the products within the first 3-4 days so you start making money immediately.
